The success of a product is a function of many factors that cannot be controlled. Given that, what criteria that is measurable, would be good to judge a product manager?

\"Leadership\"being able to get the informal team to work together. Humility and good interpersonal relationships are components of that. Market share, independently reported, is a good measurable one.
